Application privacy

What we collect
If you apply for a Founding Capture, we collect the name, email address, general Connecticut-area location, scene description, scene categories, and optional practical details you submit. Please do not include sensitive information or private information about other people.
How we use it
We use application information only to assess whether a proposed scene may fit the experimental program, respond to you, plan a possible conversation, and understand interest in the service. Applying does not grant permission to publish your story or capture. Any capture, testimonial, or publication permission will be discussed separately.
Where it goes
The form is processed by Cloudflare, sent through Resend, and delivered to the founder’s Gmail account. The application Worker does not intentionally store a separate copy. Resend currently retains email data for 30 days on its free plan. Cloudflare, Resend, Google, and GitHub process limited technical or account data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Application emails are retained only while useful for evaluating and operating the Founding Captures program. You may ask us to delete your application or stop contacting you by replying to our correspondence. More detailed capture terms will apply before any session involving people, homes, audio, or source imagery.
